About Punky’s Lair

Punky’s Lair is a comic, toy, card, collectible, and arcade-focused shop based in Virginia.

Online orders are currently available for eligible products shipped within the United States.

Product Information

We do our best to provide accurate product names, descriptions, photos, prices, availability, condition notes, and other details.

Because many items are collectibles, packaging condition, shelf wear, printing variations, manufacturing variations, or other minor differences may exist. Product photos and descriptions are intended to help customers understand what they are purchasing, but colors, packaging, and item details may vary slightly based on lighting, display settings, manufacturer changes, or normal collectible variation.

Collectible Condition

Comics, trading cards, toys, sealed products, and collectibles may have condition differences, including minor shelf wear, edge wear, corner wear, printing variation, packaging wear, or manufacturer defects.

We will make reasonable efforts to note significant known condition issues when applicable. Minor collectible wear or normal manufacturing variation may not be considered damage or a product defect.

Pricing and Availability

Prices and product availability may change without notice.

Punky’s Lair reserves the right to correct pricing errors, product information errors, inventory errors, or checkout errors. If an order is affected by an error, we may contact you, cancel the order, issue a refund, or offer another solution when appropriate.

Placing an item in your cart does not reserve the item. Products are not guaranteed until an order is completed and accepted.

Orders

After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation means we received your order, but it does not guarantee final acceptance, inventory availability, or shipment.

Punky’s Lair reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order for reasons including, but not limited to, inventory errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, shipping restrictions, incorrect customer information, or other order issues.

Payment

Payment is required at checkout. Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully received or authorized.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Punky’s Lair does not store full payment card details on this website.

Shipping

Shipping rates, processing times, free shipping eligibility, tracking, damaged package instructions, and shipping restrictions are described in our Shipping Policy.

Most orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Processing times may vary during busy periods, holidays, new product drops, conventions, or launch promotions.

Free ground shipping may be available on eligible orders over $99. Oversized, bulky, heavy, special-handling, and local-pickup-only items are excluded from free shipping.

Once an order is handed off to the carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier. Punky’s Lair is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, or delivery issues outside our control.

Returns, Refunds, and Store Credit

Returns, refunds, approved return requests, damaged orders, carrier damage, and store credit are handled according to our Refund & Return Policy.

Because many items sold by Punky’s Lair are collectibles, comics, trading cards, toys, sealed products, limited-inventory items, or final-sale items, most sales are final unless an issue is approved by Punky’s Lair.

Pre-Orders

If pre-order products are offered, estimated release dates and availability are subject to change by the manufacturer, distributor, or supplier.

Pre-order dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. If a pre-order is delayed, changed, allocated, or canceled, Punky’s Lair may contact you with available options.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may only be available if shown as an option during checkout or arranged directly by Punky’s Lair.

If local pickup is available, please wait for pickup confirmation before arriving. A photo ID, order confirmation, or other verification may be required.

Account Information

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for activity that occurs under your account.
