Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Punky’s Lair. We want your loot to arrive safely, packed with care, and ready for the collection, shelf, long box, or display case.
Where We Ship
Punky’s Lair currently ships eligible online orders within the contiguous United States.
At this time, we do not regularly ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses, or international addresses through standard checkout.
If you are outside the contiguous United States and are interested in placing an order, please contact us before ordering and we can review available shipping options on a case-by-case basis.
Processing Time
Most orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Processing times may vary during busy periods, holidays, new product drops, conventions, or launch promotions.
If there is a delay with your order, we will do our best to contact you using the email address provided at checkout.
Shipping Rates
Punky’s Lair uses flat-rate shipping for eligible comic and book orders within the contiguous United States.
For comics and books, shipping is based on the number of items in your cart and your delivery zone. The shipping total will be calculated automatically at checkout after you enter your shipping address.
Other items, such as toys, sealed products, oversized collectibles, bulky items, heavy items, or special-handling items, may use different shipping rates depending on size, weight, packaging needs, and destination.
Shipping costs will be shown during checkout before you place your order.
If no shipping option appears at checkout, please contact us before placing your order so we can review your cart and shipping address.
Free Ground Shipping
Punky’s Lair offers FREE ground shipping on eligible orders over $99 within the contiguous United States.
Oversized, bulky, heavy, special-handling, and local-pickup-only items are excluded from free shipping.
If your cart contains an excluded item, standard shipping rates may apply even if the order total is over $99.
Oversized, Bulky, and Heavy Items
Some items require extra packaging, larger boxes, or special handling. These items may have higher shipping costs due to size, weight, or carrier requirements.
Examples may include larger boxed collectibles, helmets, props, statues, large toys, heavy items, or items that cannot safely ship in a standard mailer.
Comics and Collectibles
Comics and collectibles are packed with care to help protect them during transit. Whenever possible, comics are shipped using comic mailers or protective packaging appropriate for the order size.
Please note that while we do our best to pack items safely, minor handling or shipping wear can sometimes occur during transit.
Preorders and Mixed Orders
If your order includes preorder items, in-stock items, or products with different release dates, shipping options may vary depending on the items in your cart.
Some orders may ship together once all items are available, while other orders may require separate shipments.
If you have questions about combining shipping or holding an order until all items are ready, please contact us before placing your order.
Tracking
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Punky’s Lair is not responsible for delays, lost packages, returned shipments, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed off to the carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier. Punky’s Lair is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, or other delivery issues outside our control.
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to help review the tracking information and next steps.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping box.
Damage claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available by appointment for eligible orders. Since Punky’s Lair does not yet have a physical retail location, pickup is not available for walk-in visits.
If local pickup is offered during checkout, we will contact you after your order is placed to coordinate a pickup time and nearby meeting location. Please wait for confirmation before arriving or making pickup plans.
Once our physical location opens, we will update this policy with regular pickup instructions.
