Refund & Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with Punky’s Lair. Because many of our items are comics, trading cards, toys, collectibles, sealed products, and limited-inventory items, returns are limited.
All Sales Are Generally Final
Due to the nature of collectibles, most sales are final. We do not generally accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, changed minds, duplicate purchases, condition preferences, or opened/sealed collectible products.
This helps protect the condition, integrity, and value of the items we sell.
Return Requests
If you have an issue with your order, please contact Punky’s Lair within 7 days of delivery.
Return requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. If a return is approved, the item must be returned in the same condition it was received.
Unless the return is due to an error by Punky’s Lair, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the listing, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping box.
Approved damage or order issue claims may be handled with a replacement, store credit, refund, or another solution depending on the item and situation.
Because many items are limited or one-of-a-kind, an exact replacement may not always be available.
Carrier Damage
If an item appears to have been damaged during shipping, visual proof is required so we can review the issue and determine next steps.
Please keep all original packaging, shipping materials, and the damaged item until the claim is resolved. The carrier may require packaging photos or inspection as part of the claims process.
Sealed Products
Sealed products must remain sealed to be eligible for any approved return or exchange.
Opened trading card products, blind-box items, mystery items, opened sealed collectibles, and similar products are not eligible for return unless there is a verified issue with the order.
Condition of Collectibles
We do our best to describe collectible items accurately, including known condition notes when applicable.
Minor shelf wear, packaging wear, printing variation, manufacturing variation, or normal handling wear may be present on collectible items and may not qualify as damage.
Approved Returns
If a return is approved, return instructions will be provided by Punky’s Lair.
Items must be packed securely and returned in the same condition they were received. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Punky’s Lair is not responsible for return shipments that are lost, damaged, or delivered without tracking.
Refunds and Store Credit
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method when applicable.
Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after an approved return is received and inspected, or after a damage/order issue claim has been approved.
Once a refund is processed, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your bank, credit card, or payment account statement. Processing times vary by payment provider.
In some cases, approved returns or damage claims may be resolved with store credit instead of a refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error by Punky’s Lair.
Final Sale Items
Some items may be marked as final sale, local pickup only, clearance, limited release, or otherwise non-returnable. These items are not eligible for return unless required by law or approved by Punky’s Lair due to an order issue.
